AI product design
Describe a product. Get it made.
Tell Creai what you want to make. It writes the spec, models every part in 3D, checks that a factory can actually make it, and hands you the files to print a prototype, get quotes and launch it.
A real spec, not a sketch
Creai picks the materials and the manufacturing process a contract manufacturer would use at the quantity you name, and writes down every assumption and every question to settle before you ask for quotes.
- Injection and silicone molding, overmolding, die casting, CNC, sheet metal, extrusion, urethane casting and 3D printing
- Real material grades, tolerances, finishes and a rough cost at each quantity, with its basis stated
- Standard screw, hole and insert sizes, so assemblies use parts you can buy
Watch it take shape in 3D
Each part is modelled as real, editable CAD. You see the model build in your preview, then turn it, slice it open and pull it apart.
Checked like a toolmaker would
Every part is measured for the things that make molds expensive or parts fail: walls too thin or too thick, missing draft, undercuts. Each finding is pinned to the exact spot on the model.
Files a factory can quote from
Download STEP files, a dimensioned 2D drawing for every part, and a request-for-quotation package written from the spec.
- A print-ready build plate that opens in OrcaSlicer in one tap, with an estimate of filament, time and cost
- Or ask Creai to find the manufacturer, get samples made and manage the order
Show it off, then launch it
Share a page where anyone can turn your product in 3D, and on a phone place it in their room at real size. Then build its pre-order page from the spec in one tap.
Honestly, who it isn’t for
Creai gives you a factory-ready draft for quotes and samples, not a certified design: a factory engineer still reviews it before cutting tooling, and costs and print times are estimates. Electronics and circuit boards aren’t designed here.
Questions
Do I need CAD experience?
No. You describe the product and Creai builds the model. If you do use CAD, the STEP files open in any CAD program.
Can I change the design?
Yes. Tell Creai what to change and it revises the same design, keeping everything you didn’t ask to change.
Can I print it at home?
Yes. Open the build plate in OrcaSlicer in one tap, or download the 3MF for Bambu Studio, PrusaSlicer or Cura.
Who owns the design?
You do. Every file is yours to download and take to any manufacturer.
